TOA 684 Sports Code of Conduct

TOA 684 Sports is committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional environment for athletes, parents, guardians, coaches, recruiters, scouts, businesses, partners, staff members and visitors. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, attending an event or using the TOA 684 Sports platform, each participant agrees to follow this Code of Conduct.

SECTION 1

Respectful Conduct

All users must treat others with dignity, respect and professionalism.

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassment
  • Bullying
  • Threats
  • Intimidation
  • Hate speech
  • Discrimination
  • Personal attacks
  • Sexual harassment
  • Stalking
  • Repeated unwanted contact
  • Abusive or obscene language
  • Encouraging violence or harmful behavior
  • Retaliation against someone who reports a concern

Discrimination or harassment based on race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, disability, age or any other protected status is prohibited.

SECTION 2

Athlete Conduct

Athletes must:

  • Provide truthful and accurate profile information
  • Use their real identity
  • Accurately report athletic measurements, statistics and academic information
  • Upload only content they own or have permission to use
  • Communicate respectfully with coaches, businesses and staff
  • Represent themselves, their families, schools and teams professionally
  • Follow event, training and facility rules
  • Respect teammates, opponents, coaches, officials and other participants
  • Avoid misleading claims about offers, rankings, statistics or eligibility

Athletes must not:

  • Create false profiles
  • Impersonate another athlete
  • Falsify grades, statistics, offers or achievements
  • Send threatening or inappropriate messages
  • Share private coach, athlete or business information
  • Attempt to access another user's profile or account
  • Use the platform to bully, embarrass or target another person

SECTION 3

Parent and Guardian Conduct

Parents and guardians must:

  • Support athletes in a respectful and constructive manner
  • Provide accurate information when assisting with an athlete's profile
  • Respect coaches, staff members, businesses and other families
  • Follow event and facility rules
  • Use only profiles they are authorized to manage
  • Protect the athlete's login information and personal information
  • Communicate concerns professionally

Parents and guardians must not:

  • Contact or harass other athletes
  • Access another family's account
  • Misrepresent an athlete's identity, age, statistics or academic record
  • Pressure coaches or businesses for guarantees
  • Create conflict at events, training sessions or online
  • Share private information belonging to another person

SECTION 4

Coach, Recruiter and Scout Conduct

Coaches, recruiters and scouts must:

  • Provide accurate professional and institutional information
  • Complete the required verification process
  • Use athlete information only for legitimate recruiting or evaluation purposes
  • Protect confidential athlete information
  • Communicate professionally with athletes and families
  • Follow applicable recruiting rules and institutional policies
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries when communicating with minors
  • Report account misuse or suspicious activity

Coaches, recruiters and scouts must not:

  • Impersonate a coach or institution
  • Misrepresent employment, authority or recruiting status
  • Request inappropriate photos or personal information
  • Make false scholarship, roster or recruiting promises
  • Share athlete information without authorization
  • Use the platform for personal, romantic or sexual communication
  • Contact minors in an inappropriate or secretive manner
  • Attempt to bypass TOA 684 Sports privacy protections
  • Sell or distribute athlete data

Coach verification may be suspended or revoked for violations.

SECTION 5

Business and NIL Partner Conduct

Businesses and potential NIL partners must:

  • Provide truthful business and contact information
  • Clearly identify the company and authorized representative
  • Communicate professionally with athletes and families
  • Use athlete information only for approved business purposes
  • Follow applicable NIL, advertising, consumer-protection and payment rules
  • Clearly explain proposed services, compensation and expectations
  • Protect private athlete and family information
  • Obtain appropriate consent before using an athlete's name, image or likeness

Businesses must not:

  • Make false sponsorship promises
  • Request money from athletes under misleading circumstances
  • Use athlete photos or information without permission
  • Contact minors improperly
  • Pressure athletes into signing agreements
  • Misrepresent the value or terms of a business opportunity
  • Sell, share or distribute private user information
  • Guarantee scholarships, offers, recruiting exposure or financial outcomes

TOA 684 Sports does not guarantee that a business inquiry will result in an NIL agreement, sponsorship or payment.

SECTION 6

Account and Profile Security

Users must:

  • Maintain one legitimate account unless additional accounts are authorized
  • Protect their password and login information
  • Notify TOA 684 Sports of suspected unauthorized access
  • Use only the profile connected to their account
  • Keep contact information reasonably current

Users must not:

  • Share login credentials
  • Access another person's account
  • Attempt to bypass security controls
  • Change profile IDs or URLs to view private records
  • Scrape, copy or download private user data
  • Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code
  • Interfere with the operation of the website
  • Use automated tools to collect user information
  • Attempt to gain administrator access without authorization

SECTION 7

Privacy and Confidentiality

Users may only access information permitted by their account type and approved role. Athletes, parents, businesses and regular users may not view private profiles or records belonging to other users.

Private information may include:

  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Addresses
  • Birth dates
  • Academic records
  • Recruiting preferences
  • Coach applications
  • Business applications
  • Payment records
  • Administrative notes
  • Uploaded documents
  • Private photos or videos
  • Internal account IDs

Users must not copy, publish, share or distribute private information without permission.

SECTION 8

Communication Standards

All messages, emails, support requests, direct communications and event interactions must remain respectful and appropriate.

Users must not send:

  • Threatening messages
  • Sexually explicit content
  • Repeated unwanted messages
  • Fraudulent offers
  • Spam
  • Hate speech
  • Inappropriate requests involving minors
  • Requests for passwords or payment credentials
  • Misleading recruiting claims
  • Harassing or retaliatory messages

TOA 684 Sports may review reported communications when necessary to investigate safety, security or policy concerns.

SECTION 9

Content and Media Standards

Users may upload only lawful and appropriate content.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit material
  • Violent threats
  • Hate symbols or discriminatory material
  • Copyrighted content used without permission
  • False or misleading records
  • Private information belonging to another person
  • Content intended to embarrass, harass or exploit someone
  • Illegal products, services or activities
  • Malware or harmful files

TOA 684 Sports may remove content that violates this Code of Conduct.

SECTION 10

Recruiting Integrity

No user may guarantee:

  • A scholarship
  • A roster position
  • A college offer
  • Admission to a school
  • Playing time
  • A professional contract
  • An NIL agreement
  • Financial compensation
  • A specific recruiting outcome

Athletes and families remain responsible for verifying communications, offers, contracts and recruiting information. TOA 684 Sports provides education, technology, exposure tools and connections, but does not guarantee recruiting results.

SECTION 11

Event and Training Conduct

At TOA 684 Sports events, showcases, combines, camps or training sessions, participants must:

TOA 684 Sports may remove a participant from an event for unsafe, threatening or disruptive behavior. Removal for misconduct does not automatically guarantee a refund.

SECTION 12

Protection of Minors

Adults interacting with minors through TOA 684 Sports must maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

Adults must not:

  • Request sexually suggestive or inappropriate content
  • Arrange secret or unauthorized meetings
  • Request that a minor hide communications from a parent or guardian
  • Send sexual, romantic or threatening messages
  • Request unnecessary private information
  • Exploit an athlete financially or emotionally

Serious safety concerns may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

SECTION 13

Fraud and Misrepresentation

The following are prohibited:

  • Fake athlete profiles
  • Fake coach accounts
  • Fake institutions
  • Fake businesses
  • Fraudulent payment activity
  • False sponsorship or scholarship offers
  • Impersonation
  • Falsified documents
  • Stolen photos or videos
  • Misleading recruiting statistics
  • Unauthorized use of another person's identity

Suspected fraud may result in immediate account restriction or suspension while the matter is reviewed.

SECTION 14

Membership and Billing Conduct

Users must provide accurate billing information and use payment methods they are authorized to use.

Users must not:

  • Commit payment fraud
  • Abuse chargeback procedures
  • Create repeated accounts to avoid payment
  • Attempt to access paid content without authorization
  • Share paid account access with unauthorized users

Membership cancellation and billing disputes will be handled under the published Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy. Canceling a membership does not excuse violations that occurred before cancellation.

SECTION 15

Reporting a Violation

If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please submit a report using the form below.

Report a Conduct or Safety Concern

Reports are kept strictly confidential and are never made publicly visible. Escalated concerns are also sent to [email protected].

SECTION 16

Enforcement

TOA 684 Sports may take action based on the seriousness, frequency and evidence surrounding a violation.

Possible actions include:

  • Warning
  • Content removal
  • Temporary account restriction
  • Temporary suspension
  • Coach-verification suspension
  • Business-partnership suspension
  • Removal from an event
  • Membership-access restriction
  • Permanent account removal
  • Referral to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities when necessary

Accounts will not be automatically deleted based only on an unverified accusation. Administrators will document evidence and review the matter before taking permanent action, except when an immediate temporary restriction is necessary to protect users or the platform.

SECTION 17

Appeal or Review Request

A user whose account has been suspended or restricted may submit a review request.

Submit a Review Request

Submitting a review request does not guarantee that an account action will be reversed.

SECTION 18

No Retaliation

Users must not retaliate against anyone who makes a good-faith safety or conduct report. False reports submitted intentionally to harm another person may also result in disciplinary action.

SECTION 19

Agreement to Follow the Code

By creating or maintaining an account, purchasing a membership, submitting an application, attending a TOA 684 Sports event or continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
